AUGUSTIN

Augustin is a surfer who climbed giant waves like Nazare or Tiahupu. He knows how to catch such waves and have fun because he has a clear mind and a positive attitude. Augustin advises that when you catch yourself thinking that you are ready to blow the whole world to hell, swim out into the channel or into the outside, where you will not be caught off guard by the wave, sit on the board and take a deep breath. After all, in order to tame the waves in one’s mind, one must become the wave. In a state of fuss and anxiety, you can hardly concentrate on the ocean and tame the wave.
