PAYMENT, SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Payment:

We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and all types of checks. Please allow 3 business days for your check to clear. We accept cash for local pick ups; do not mail cash.
Shipping:

Shipping is free on orders over $499. Please allow at least 3-5 business days to process shipping & handling.

If you are returning and/or exchanging a product due to an error on our part, shipping is free. If you are exchanging a product that was damaged after delivery, you are responsible for return shipping methods and fees.
Returns:

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products.

If, upon delivery, your mask or product is the wrong size, damaged, or otherwise not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) to complete; you may then send it back to us within 2 days of receiving the RMA, free of charge, for an exchange.

If your mask is damaged past the return deadline, please notify us ASAP and we will make a decision based on case-by-case situation, including, but not limited to, partial refund, store credit, product replacement.

Products are fully refundable only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and returned within 2 days of receiving the RMA, or if there is an error on our part.

You must return a mask in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
· All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, etc.
· “Free gifts” or bonus items
· All items included in a bundle
Refunds:

Products are fully refundable only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and returned within 2 days of receiving the RMA, or if there is an error on our part.

If your order was never delivered, notify us. You may re-order your mask free of charge or receive a full refund.

If you change your mind after placing an order, please notify us within 24 hours. Refusal to accept your delivery will not guarantee a full refund, and a 15% restocking fee + shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Usage Policy:

Please keep in mind that silicone – while durable – is not indestructible. Customers are responsible for keeping the mask in good shape and using it (i.e., putting on and taking off) accurately.
