Our policies

PAYMENT, SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

   

   Payment:

  • We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and all types of checks. Please allow 3 business days for your check to clear. We accept cash for local pick ups; do not mail cash. 

   Shipping:

  • Shipping is free on orders over $499. Please allow at least 3-5 business days to process shipping & handling.

  • If you are returning and/or exchanging a product due to an error on our part, shipping is free. If you are exchanging a product that was damaged after delivery, you are responsible for return shipping methods and fees.

  Returns:

  • We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products.

  • If, upon delivery, your mask or product is the wrong size, damaged, or otherwise not as described, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) to complete; you may then send it back to us within 2 days of receiving the RMA, free of charge, for an exchange.

  • If your mask is damaged past the return deadline, please notify us. We will send you the RMA form to complete; you may then ship it back by any preferred means (via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Products are fully refundable only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and returned within 2 days of receiving the RMA, or if there is an error on our part.

  Refunds:

  • Products are fully refundable only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and returned within 2 days of receiving the RMA, or if there is an error on our part.

  • If your order was never delivered, notify us. You may re-order your mask free of charge or receive a full refund.

  • If you change your mind after placing an order, please notify us within 24 hours. Refusal to accept your delivery will not guarantee a full refund, and a 15% restocking fee + shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

  Usage Policy: 

  • Please keep in mind that silicone – while durable – is not indestructible. Customers are responsible for keeping the mask in good shape and using it (i.e., putting on and taking off) accurately.
